以病例为引导的培训法在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究并探讨以病例为引导的培训方法在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果.方法选取该院2017年1~6月参加规范化岗前培训的新入职护士50名作为研究对象,将其设置为观察组;另选取该院2016年7~12月参加规范化岗前培训的新入职护士50名作为参照对象,将其设置为对照组.观察组采取以病例为引导的培训方法对新入职护士进行培训,对照组采取传统培训方法对新入职护士进行培训.两组护士均培训2个月,培训结束后,比较两组新入职护士的理论知识考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩、教学满意度、自我评定结果.结果观察组护士的理论知识考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护士对教学方法、教学目标完成度、教学规范性、教师理论知识水平、教师责任心的满意度评分均高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护士在学习积极性、学习效率、解决问题能力、护患沟通能力、团队合作精神等方面的自我评分均高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论在医院新入职护士的规范化岗前培训中,采用以病例为引导的培训方法对新入职护士进行培训,可有效提高新入职护士对理论知识和操作技能的掌握度,使其自我评定结果得到提高,还能有效提高新入职护士对培训教学的满意度. Objective To study and discuss the application effect of case-guided training method in the standardized training of new nurses.Methods Totally 50 new nurses who participated in standardized pre-service training in the hospital from January to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects and set as the observation group.In addition,50 new nurses who participated in standardized pre-service training in the hospital from July to December 2016 were selected as the reference objects and set as the control group.The observation group adopted case-guided training method to train new nurses,while the control group adopted traditional training method to train new nurses.The two groups of nurses were trained for 2 months.After the training,the results of theoretical knowledge assessment,operational skills assessment,teaching satisfaction and self-assessment of the new nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The results of theoretical knowledge assessment and operational skills assessment of nurses in the observation group were higher than those of nurses in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the observation group nurses on teaching methods,teaching objectives,teaching standardization,teachers' theoretical knowledge level and teachers'sense of responsibility were all higher than those of the control group nurses,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The self-scores of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of learning motivation,learning efficiency,problem solving ability,nursepatient communication ability and team spirit,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions New nurses at the hospital standardization in pre-service training,based on case to guide the training method of training for new nurses,which can effectively improve the new nurses mastery of theoretical knowledge and skills,make its self assessment results improved,also can effectively improve the new nurses to the satisfaction of training teaching.
