中美经贸摩擦问题及中国的对策研究

Research on Trade Conflicts Between China and USA and China’s Countermeasures

近年来中美两国的经贸关系仍然呈现出贸易摩擦不断的态势,尤其是特朗普执政期间中美经贸关系空前紧张,中美贸易战愈演愈烈。本文针对这些现象,分析了当今中美经贸摩擦的现状、特点、主要问题及其本质,提出了中国应对中美经贸摩擦的对策,包括加强中美两国领导人的沟通努力实现合作共赢、中国要扩大内需并将出口市场多元化、中国要借助WTO争端解决机制提高企业应对贸易摩擦的主动性、中国企业要加强自主创新改变对美出口产品结构。

In recent years,the economic and trade relations between China and USA continue to show a trend of constant trade friction,especially during Trump’s administration,the Sino-U.S.economic and trade relations are under unprecedented tension,and the Sino-U.S.trade war is becoming increasingly fierce.In view of these phenomena,this paper analyzes the current situation,characteristics,main problems and essence of Sino-US economic and trade conflicts,and puts forward China’s Countermeasures,including strengthening the communication between the leaders of China and USA to achieve win-win cooperation,expanding domestic demand and diversifying export markets,and improving enterprises'initiative to response to trade conflicts with the help of WTO dispute settlement mechanism,Chinese enterprises should strengthen independent innovation and change the structure of export products to the United States.
