道路限行的城市配送路径优化方法设计

摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,城市配送在我们的生活中的影响越来越突出.一方面,城市配送加快了当地的商品流通,带动了城市的经济发展、提高了人们生活的便利性.另一方面,城市配送也带来了诸多负面影响,如交通拥堵、能源消耗和环境污染等.因此,很多城市都在出台相关限行措施的方式对车辆通行的时段与路段进行控制,配送企业面对的作业难度骤增.文章将从实际需要着手,构建与货运车辆道路限行相关的配送优化模型,据此开发出实用算法,在道路限行现实情景下制定车辆行驶路径方案,为配送企业提供决策调度支持.
