摘要
根据学与教的原理和策略,以广西民族大学为例,结合问卷调查方法探究中外合作办学项目学生自主学习的现状。结果表明,学生自主学习的主动性和勤奋度一般,并且在特定维度问题上,学生学习机械性和被动性较突出。由此,分析当前教师的教学方法与学生学习时间和心理投入两个程度之间的关系、教学方法与不同人口学特征的自主学习能力差异度,引出教师教学方法改革必要性和必然性,提出进一步整合课程资源与教学内容,增强学生学习自我效能感,同时建立以人际互动为取向的教学模式,完善教学设计与教学方法的改革方案。研究结果为其它高校中外合作办学项目的学生培养模式和教学方法,提供一定的参考价值。
Based on the principles and strategies of learning and teaching, this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and takes the local ethnic universities, Guangxi University for Nationalities as an example, investigates the current situation of students’ self-regulated learning in international collaborative programs, analyses the relationship between the current teaching methods and students’ learning time and psychological input, and leads to the necessity and inevitability of teacher’s teaching methods reform,the difference of self-regulated learning ability between teaching methods and different demographic characteristics and puts forward relevant proposals, such as further integration of curriculum resources and teaching contents, improvement and enhancement of students’ sense of self-efficacy in learning, establishment of teaching mode oriented by interpersonal interaction, and improvement of teaching methods in teaching design. The results of this study have certain value for international collaborative undergraduate programsin other universities to a certain extent.
