Technological Innovation in Vocational Colleges Servicing the Strategies of New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Warfare in Heze

科技创新是新旧动能转换的根本动力。通过总结近年来职业院校科技创新的成效,分析科技创新存在的科技管理体制有待完善,缺乏高层次人才和科研平台,科研经费短缺、保障条件差,服务菏泽产业转型升级能力不足等问题,提出了建立健全科研管理体系,加强人才、创新团队建设,增加科技经费投入,创新学科平台发展,实施科研绩效考核激励,加快科技成果落地转化,促进学术交流,增进产教融合协同创新,实现科研资源共享等发展战略。

Scientific and technological innovation is the basic motive force leading development. In this study, the achievements of scientific and technological innovation in vocational colleges in recent years were summarized and the problems were analyzed such as the management system of science and technology needs to be improved, the lack of high-level talents and research platform,shortage of funds for scientific research and guarantee conditions, insufficient capacity of servicing Heze industry transformation and upgrading. On the basis above, nine aspects of developing strategy were put forward, such as establishing and perfecting scientific research management system, strengthening the construction of talents and innovative teams, increasing investment in science and technology, developing innovative discipline platform, implementing incentives for scientific research performance appraisal, accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, promoting academic communications, promoting the integration of industry and education and cooperative innovation, realizing the sharing of scientific research resources.
