以“学·思·行”理念创新管理人才培养模式——川北医学院管理学院人才培养模式改革实践探索 被引量:3

摘要 创新驱动发展时代,迫切需要大批创新人才。创新性人才必须具备广博的知识、扎实的理论功底,富有创新思维和实践创新能力。因此,强大的"学习力"、"思维力"、"实践力",即"学·思·行"三种基本能力,构成为创新性人才的必备基础和条件。川北医学院管理学院在探索人才培养模式改革实践中,形成了以"学·思·行"为核心理念、"多级平台"融合共振的创新性管理人才培养模式。经过几年的实践运行,不断提升了学生的"学·思·行"能力,促进了管理人才培养质量和规格的提高。 In an era of innovation-driven development, a large number of innovative talents are urgently needed. Innovative talents must possess broad knowledge, solid theoretical skills, and have the ability to innovate thinking and practice innovation. Therefore, the three basic capabilities of strong "learning power", "thinking power" and "practical power", namely "learning and thinking and doing", constitute the necessary basis and conditions for innovative talents. In the practice of exploring the reform of the talent training model, the North Sichuan Medical College has formed an innovative management talent training model with the core concept of "learning thought and doing" and the "multi-level platform" merging resonance. After several years of practice, it has continuously improved students ’ "learning and thinking and doing" ability and promoted the improvement of management personnel training quality and specifications.
