摘要
从问题导向转化为生命自觉的理念,是心理健康教育适应个体和社会需要的必然要求。唤醒"生命自觉"的心理健康教育以大学生为自身心理发展与建设主体,以促进生命自觉与主体发展为教育目的,通过唤醒思维自觉、情绪自觉、发展自觉与实践自觉的心理发展过程,构建激发生命自觉力的九类教育情境,培养具有适应能力、角色能力和价值实现能力的发展性生命个体,从而形成全面深入、自觉互动的大学生心理健康教育模式。
The idea of transforming from problem-oriented to life-conscious is an inevitable requirement for mental health education to adapt to individual and social needs. The mental health education that awakens the "life consciousness" takes the university students as their own psychological development and construction subject, and promotes the consciousness of life and the development of the subject as the educational goal. By awakening the psychological development process of thinking consciousness, emotional consciousness, development consciousness and practice consciousness, constructing and stimulating the nine kinds of educational situations of life consciousness, cultivate developmental life individuals with adaptability, role ability and value realization ability, thus forming a comprehensive and in-depth and conscious interaction mental health education model for college students.
