摘要
关于健康人格的研究有多种范式,但每种范式都只看到了人格的某个部分。文章选取了分析心理学派、特质论学派、人本主义学派、积极心理学学派四个对健康人格模型的研究较有效能的学派,分析其研究背景、研究过程及研究结果,为思想政治教育的方法提供理论支持。大学生思想政治教育要注重大学生形成正确的自我认知和积极的情绪体验,要引导大学生采取积极的行为方式和形成社会支持能力。
There are many paradigms for the study of healthy personality, but each paradigm only sees a certain part of personality. Four theory schools are selected in this article, which are analytics of psychological, trait approach, humanistic psychology, positive psychology. This research builds the rationale for healthy personality education to analyze four theory schools’ research background, the research process and the findings. College students’ ideological and political education should pay attention to college students to form correct self-cognition and positive emotional experience, and guide college students to adopt positive behavioral methods and form social support capabilities.
