医院感染预防和控制的优化管理效果研究

目的探讨优化管理模式对医院感染控制的影响。方法实施优化管理模式,通过完善医院感染制度,加强医务人员的培训;全面开展医院各项消毒效果及环境卫生学监测;对消毒药械及一次性医疗器械进行严格管理;加强对医务人员的手卫生管理;落实医疗废物管理及安全健康教育等措施,并与常规管理模式进行比较,比较两种管理模式对医院感染控制的影响。结果实施优化模式后,医院感染监测的合格率及医务人员手卫生的执行率提高,医院感染率下降。结论采取优化管理模式可提高医务人员的医院感染防控意识和降低住院患者发生感染的风险性,可降低医院感染发生率。

Objective To explore the influence of optimized management mode on nosocomial infection control.Methods Implementing the optimized management mode, strengthening the training of medical staff through perfecting the hospital infection system, carrying out the monitoring of disinfection effect and environmental hygiene, strictly managing the disinfection equipment and disposable medical equipment, strengthening the hand hygiene management of medical staff, and implementing the management and safety of medical waste. Health education and other measures were compared with the conventional management model to compare the impact of the two management models on nosocomial infection control.Results After the implementation of the optimized model, the qualified rate of nosocomial infection surveillance and the implementation rate of hand hygiene of medical staff increased, and the nosocomial infection rate decreased.Conclusions Adopting the optimized management mode can improve the awareness of hospital infection prevention and control of medical staff and reduce the risk of infection in hospitalized patients, and can reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
