2015-2017年安阳市流感网络实验室监测结果分析

Analysis of Influenza Surveillance Results in Anyang Influenza Network Laboratory during 2015-2017 Monitoring Year

摘要 目的通过分析2015-2017年安阳市流感监测结果,为流感防治工作提供科学依据。方法利用Real time RT-PCR检测样本,并利用MDCK细胞或SPF鸡胚对阳性标本进行病毒分离。使用SPSS20.0对ILI数据、病原学检测数据及病毒分离结果进行统计学分析。结果 2个年度ILI%均为1.35%,共报告流感样病例(ILI)4 654例,ILI集中在15岁以下年龄组(84.40%);共检测咽拭子1 554份,其核酸检测阳性率分别为27.47%和23.05%,两个年度阳性率最高的月份分别为2016年2月和2017年3月。2015-2016年阳性标本中BV亚型占主要部分(53.67%),2016-2017年阳性标本中季H3占主要部分(60.39%)。两个年度共分离出197株流感毒株,其中MDCK细胞株185株,鸡胚株12株。结论 2015-2017年安阳市流感活动高峰在冬春1月~3月份发生;以季BV和H3亚型交替流行为主;15岁以下人群为发病重点人群。 Objective to provide scientific evidence for influenza prevention and control through analyzing the results of influenza surveillance in Anyang in 2015-2017. Methods Real time RT-PCR was used to detect specimens collected from sentinel hospitals, and influenza positive specimens were then separated by MDCK cells or SPF chick embryos.SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the ILI data, etiological test data and virus isolation results of Anyang city in 2015-2017 year. Results During 2015-2017 monitoring year,ILI % was 1.35 %,4 654 cases of influenza like illness(ILI) were reported,and ILI was concentrated in the age group below 15,accounting for 84.40 %.A total of 1 554 pharynx swabs were detected in 2015-2017 years of influenza surveillance. The positive rates of nucleic acid detection were 27.47 % and23.05 % respectively. The two months of the highest positive rates were in February 2016 and March 2017 respectively. The BV subtype accounted for 53.67 % of the total positive samples in 2015-2016, and H3 accounted for 60.39 %of the positive specimens in 2016-2017. A total of 197 influenza strains were isolated, including 185 MDCK cell lines and 12 chick embryo strains. Conclusions The peak of influenza activity in Anyang occurred in 1-3 months in winter and spring in 2015-2017, and mainly occurred in seasonal BV and H3 subtypes. People under 15 years old were the main groups.
