摘要
高校实验室是从事实验室教学、科学研究的重要场所,实验室管理水平的高低直接影响到高校的教学质量及科研水平。文章针对安全工程专业实验室仪器类型多样化高、危险性大以及实验试剂和耗材种类繁多等特点,引入7S管理模式,为学生营造一个安全、规范、舒适、整洁的实验环境,有效提高安全工程专业实验室的教学效率和教学质量。
University laboratory is an important place for teaching and scientific research in laboratory.The level of laboratory management directly affects the teaching quality and scientific research level of university.This article introduces 7 S management model to create a safe,standard,comfortable and clean experimental environment for students,aiming at the characteristics of high variety of instrument types,great danger,and a wide variety of experimental reagents and consumables.The teaching efficiency and teaching quality of safety engineering laboratory should be improved effectively.
