高校实验室仪器设备管理现存问题及对策研究

Research on Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Laboratory Instruments and Equipment Management in Colleges

高校实验室仪器设备资产数量的增长,暴露出很多管理方面的问题:缺乏仪器设备信息共享,重复购置,管理制度不切实际,现代化管理水平低下。欲对高校实验室仪器设备进行科学有效的管理,研究提出应加强对仪器设备等资产的管理意识,进行仪器设备整个生命周期的全程管理,公开设备信息,提高共享率,建立健全的仪器设备资产管理框架等可行性建议。

With the number of laboratory instruments and equipment increased in colleges,many management problems have been exposed:lack of information sharing of instruments and equipment,repeated purchases,unrealistic management system,and low level of modern management.In order to manage college laboratory instruments and equipment scientifically and effectively,this study proposed that management awareness of assets such as instruments and equipment should be strengthened,the management of the entire life cycle of the equipment should be carried,the information of the equipment should be made public, the sharing rate of the equipment should be increased,a sound instruments and equipment asset management framework should be established.
