实践教学是高校人才培养过程中贯穿始终、不可缺少的重要组成部分。加强实践教学资源建设对于提升人才培养质量具有重要意义。文章从构建医学实训教学自主学习信息化管理模式研究入手,从平台建设目标与思路、核心要素与重点内容、管理模式与机制保障等方面,阐述实践教学自主学习资源共享平台建设的实施路径,对深化实践教育教学改革、创新人才培养模式提供一定的理论参考和实践意义。

Practical teaching is an indispensable and important part throughout the process of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.Strengthening the construction of practical teaching resources is of great significance for improving the quality of personnel training.Starting with the research on the construction of information management model of self-regulated learning in medical practice teaching,this paper expounds the implementation path of the construction of self-regulated learning resources sharing platform in practice teaching from the aspects of platform construction objectives and ideas,core elements and key content,management model and mechanism guarantee,and so on.It will deepen the reform of practical education teaching and innovation.The mode of talent cultivation provides certain theoretical reference and practical significance.
