“双创”背景下药学专业教师核心素养提升探索

Study on the Improvement of Core Literacy for Teacher under the Background of Innovation Entrepreneurship

教师在高等教育中起主导作用,教师核心素养的高低是双创教育成败的关键。在药学及临床药学专业学生培养中,教师队伍建设是培养创新型药学人才的重要保障。论文以南京医科大学药学院为例,针对目前学院教师核心素养提升存在的问题,提出解决方案,以期为药学双创人才的培养奠定基础。

Teachers play a leading role in high education,and the core quality of teachers is the key factor of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education.In the training of students majoring in pharmacy and clinical pharmacy,the construction of teachers is an important guarantee for cultivating innovative pharmaceutical talents.In view of the problems existing in the improvement of core literacy for teacher,this paper puts forward solutions to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of pharmaceutical mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents.
