摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对陕西省足球教练员的培训现状进行调查研究,从陕西省足球教练员培训的组织管理体制、培训班开设的现状、足球教练员的人才结构现状及培训班的现状四个方面全面分析了陕西省足球教练员培训的现状。全省基层足球教练员缺口仍然很大,培训班门槛过高,培训规模有限;培训类型单一,无法满足基层足球教练员对阶段性训练的需要;培训时间短、课时难以保证培训质量;培训资格审查和晋级考评等制度不严。讲师队伍的水平有待提高;培训的内容不能满足实际需要方面。为了进一步加强陕西省足球教练员的专业素养及业务水平及整体教练员队伍的规模,并根据其影响因素特提出了相对应的发展对策。
This paper uses literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods of investigation and study,the present situation and problems of Shaanxi province football coaches training from Shaanxi province football coaches training organization management system,the present situation of the school,football coaches the talent structure present situation and the present situation of the training class four aspects the paper analyses the current situation of soccer coaches training in Shaanxi Province.The gap of grassroots football coaches in the province is still large,the threshold of training class is too high,and the training scale is limited.The training type is single,which can not meet the needs of staged training of grassroots football coaches.The training time is short,the class hour is difficult to guarantee the training quality;Training qualification examination and promotion evaluation system is lax.The level of lecturers needs to be improved;The content of the training cannot meet the practical needs.In order to further strengthen the professional quality and professional level of football coaches in Shaanxi province and the overall size of the coach team,and according to its influence factors put forward the relative development countermeasures.
