护理专业大学生创新创业教育的新视点

New Perspectives of Nursing Undergraduates Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

作者多年从事学生管理工作,带领护理专业大学生开展创新创业工作,开展各类大学生创新创业竞赛活动。对学生定期开展培训,在工作中不断研究、探索,认为:创新创业教育是一种适应经济社会需求和国家发展战略的教学理念和模式。大学生是建设创新型国家最有实力的从业者、创新和创业的支柱的领导者。因此,加强现阶段护理本科生创新创业精神和能力培养已成为高校素质教育不可或缺的重要组成部分。

Having been engaged in the student management for many years,the authors of this paper have guided the nursing undergraduates in the participation of all kinds of innovation and entrepreneurship practices and activities,and regularly carried out training.Based on the continuous research and exploration,the authors hold the view that:innovation and entrepreneurship education is a kind of teaching concept and mode which is generated to adapt to the economic and social and national development strategy.Undergraduates are bound to be the leaders in building an innovative country,and they are the most powerful practitioners and the core force of innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and ability training of nursing undergraduates has become an essential part of university quality education.
