摘要
目的:评价PBL法结合循证医学PICOS模式在针灸临床教学中的应用效果。方法:针灸专业实习生随机分配到研究组和对照组。在出科考核中,对比分析两组学生的考试成绩、综合能力和问卷调查结果。结果:研究组的研究问题、临床思维、文献查阅和文献评价能力及病例分析成绩更佳,且对带教质量和自身学习效果的满意度更高。结论:在针灸临床教学中应用PBL法结合循证医学PICOS模式效果良好。
Objective:To evaluate the application of problem-based learning(PBL) combined with evidence-based medicine PICOS model in clinical teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:Interns of acupuncture and moxibustion specialty were randomly assigned to the study group and the control group.The results of examination,comprehensive ability and questionnaire survey were compared and analyzed.Results:The research ability,clinical thinking ability,literature review,literature evaluation ability and case analysis score of study group were better.And the questionnaire survey showed that the overall satisfaction with teaching quality and self-learning effect of the study group was higher.Conclusion:The application of PBL combined with evidence-based medicine PICOS mode in clinical teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion has a good effect.
