高职院校学生勤工俭学存在的问题及解决方法

Problems and Solutions of Work-study in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国高职教育制度的不断完善,越来越多的高职院校为学生提供了众多勤工助学岗位,勤工助学岗位可以锻炼学生自主独立的能力,解决了高职院校学生的生活问题,但是高职院校在提供勤工助学岗位的同时也存在着一些问题。如何完善勤工助学工作,是高职教育管理者需要重点关注的问题。文章首先就勤工俭学工作容易出现的问题做了描述,同时还对勤工助学规范提供了建议,希望能为高职教育管理者提供解决问题的思路。

With the continuous improvement of higher vocational education system in our country,more and more higher vocational colleges provide students with many part-time study posts,which can train students’ ability of independence and self-independence,and solve the life problems of students in higher vocational colleges.However,there are also some problems in the provision of post-study posts in higher vocational colleges.How to perfect the work of part-time study is the key problem that the higher vocational education administrators should pay attention to.This paper first describes the problems that are easy to appear in the work-study work,and at the same time provides some suggestions to the standard of work-study.Hope to provide solutions for higher vocational education administrators.
