基于专业素养培养中职课堂实施纵横向教学策略研究

摘要 以培养学生专业素养为教学目标,适应就业岗位对技能人才的需求,改变传统单一课程教学模式造成的学生学习目标感模糊、对就业岗位认识不足等问题,实施纵横向教学。以纵横向教学内容为主线,对课前、课中和课后实施策略进行研究。通过实践证明,纵横向教学促进了学生对专业知识的融合和应用,使学生重视专业各科知识的获取和积累,利于学生专业素养的养成。 The aim of teaching is to cultivate the students’professional accomplishment,adapt to the demand of Social Employment posts for skilled talents,changing transmission curriculum teaching mode that cause students to feel vague about their learning goals and Lack of awareness of employment,carry out longitudinal and lateral classroom teaching.Take the Longitudinal and lateral teaching content as the main line,study on the implementation strategy of pre-class,in-class and after-class,by practice,longitudinal and lateral teaching promotes the application of students’specialty knowledge,and makes them attach importance to the acquisition and accumulation of professional knowledge,which is conducive to the cultivation of students’professional literacy.
