风–光–水–碳捕集多区域虚拟电厂协调优化调度 被引量:45

Coordinated Optimization Scheduling of Multi-region Virtual Power Plant With Wind-power/Photovoltaic/Hydropower/Carbon-capture Units

摘要 为促进电力低碳化以及实现虚拟电厂(virtualpower plant,VPP)中不同区域分布式能源联供型系统的协调优化调度,建立了风-光-水-碳捕集多区域虚拟电厂协调优化调度模型;通过区域间综合能源互联实现多区域VPP电能互补,并将碳捕集机组与风电-光伏联合调度运行,以实现运行效益最大化。鉴于目前梯级水电站采用的自然弃水策略对水资源分配的不足,提出一种主动弃水策略,使水资源在梯级水电站之间的分配更加合理,提高水资源的梯级利用率,增加了发电收益。鉴于所建优化模型具有高维非线性的特点,求解难度较大,提出采用改进型分子微分进化算法进行求解。仿真结果表明:所提方法能实现不同区域和不同类型聚合单元的电能协调优化调度,可有效降低VPP净成本和碳排放强度。 In order to promote low-carbonization of electricity and realize coordinated optimization of distributed energy supply systems in different regions of virtual power plant(VPP),a coordinated optimization scheduling model for multi-region VPP with wind-power/photovoltaic/hydropower/carbon-capture units is established.Through inter-regional comprehensive energy interconnection,multi-regional VPP power is complemented,and carbon-capture and wind-power/photovoltaics are jointly scheduled to realize maximum operation benefit.In view of current shortage of water resources allocated by the natural water abandonment strategy adopted by cascade hydropower stations,an active water abandonment strategy is proposed to make the distribution of water resources between cascade hydropower stations more reasonable,improving utilization of water resources and increasing power generation income.In view of high dimensionality and non-linearity of the optimization model,an improved molecular differential evolution algorithm is proposed to solve it.Simulation results show that the proposed method can realize coordinated and optimal power scheduling of different regions and different types o f aggregative units,and effectively reduce the net cost and carbon emission intensity of VPP.
