摘要
目的:探讨四维彩色多普勒超声在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的应用效果及胎儿畸形的影响因素。方法:选取开封新区妇幼保健院共1354例行产前检查的孕妇作为研究对象,分别采用二维、四维彩色多普勒超声进行诊断,分析其应用价值,并探讨胎儿畸形的影响因素。结果:1354例孕妇中,胎儿畸形31例,占2.29%。二维超声检出24例,检出率77.42%;四维超声检出30例,检出率96.77%。两种检查方式比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。31例胎儿畸形的孕妇,其年龄≥35岁、不良生育史、未服用叶酸、嗜烟酒史、发热史比例均高于正常孕妇,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:影响胎儿畸形的母体因素较多,例如年龄、不良生育情况、未服用叶酸、烟酒史、发热等。四维彩色多普勒超声能准确显示出胎儿畸形的具体情况,有利于为临床提供指导。
Objective To investigate the application effect of four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal fetal malformation screening and the influencing factors of fetal malformation.Methods A total of 1354 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination were selected as the research subjects from Kaifen new district maternal and child health hospital.Twodimensional and four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound were used to diagnose the application value,and the infl uencing factors of fetal malformation were discussed.Results Of the 1354 pregnant women,31 were fetal malformations,accounting for 2.29%.24 cases were detected by two-dimensional ultrasound,and the detection rate was 77.42%;Thirty cases were detected by fourdimensional ultrasound,and the detection rate was 96.77%.The difference between the two methods was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The proportion of 31 pregnant women with fetal malformation,age≥35 years old,poor birth history,history of folic acid intake,tobacco smoking history,and fever history were higher than those of normal pregnant women,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many maternal factors affecting fetal malformations,such as age,poor fertility,folic acid intake,tobacco and alcohol history,and fever.Four-dimensional color ultrasound can accurately display the specifi c situation of fetal malformation,which is helpful for clinical guidance and has high application value.
