综合护理减轻胃镜检查患者痛苦的效果观察

Observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on pain relief of gastroscopy subjects

目的:观察胃镜检查患者实施综合护理措施后减轻其痛苦的临床效果。方法:将2017年10月至2018年2月在英德市人民医院接受胃镜检查的230例患者随机分成对照组和观察组,各115例。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组采取综合护理方法,比较两组患者检查中及检查后的不良反应情况。结果:(1)对照组患者0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级及Ⅲ级发生率分别为8.7%、77.4%、21.7%及13.0%,观察组患者0级、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级及Ⅲ级发生率分别为1.7%、62.6%、10.4%及0.9%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)对照组患者咽部不适及胃部不适发生率分别为39.1%及34.8%,观察组患者咽部不适及胃部不适发生率分别为26.1%及20.0%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃镜检查患者采取综合护理措施能有效减少并发症的发生,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on pain relief of gastroscopy subjects.Methods From October 2017 to February 2018,the endoscopic examination of 230 patients from Yingde people's hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group of 115 patients.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method,and the experimental group adopted the comprehensive nursing method to control the adverse reactions during and after the examination of the two groups of patients.Results①The incidence of level 0,1,2 and 3 in the control group was 8.7%,77.4%,21.7%and 13.0%,respectively.The incidence of level 0,1,2 and 3 in the experimental group was 1.7%,62.6%,10.4%and 0.9%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).②The incidence of pharyngeal discomfort and stomach discomfort in the control group was 39.1%and 34.8%,respectively.The incidence of pharyngeal discomfort and stomach discomfort in the experimental group was 26.1%and 20.0%,respectively.There were signifi cant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastroscopy patients take comprehensive care measures effectively alleviate the suffering of the subjects,it is worth promoting.
