长泰枋洋水利工程水环境现状及保护

Water environment situation and protection measures of Changtaifangyang water conservancy project

文中结合厦门第二水源长泰枋洋水利枢纽工程水环境现状,对龙津溪水体污染原因进行了分析。提出积极实施污染综合治理、加强流域生态建设、探索建立长效生态补偿机制等措施。

Based on the current situation of water environment for Changtaifangyang water conservancy project which is the second water source in Xiamen, the cause of water pollution in the Longjinxi River is analyzed. Some measures are put forward, such as actively implementing comprehensive pollution control, strengthening the ecological construction of river basins, exploring and establishing the long-term ecological compensation mechanism, and so on.
