基于PBEE理念的地铁工程风险损失分级标准优化研究

摘要 围绕地铁施工中的典型案例,对现行国家标准GB 50652-2011中风险损失分级标准进行讨论,并提出优化建议。在此基础上引入基于性能的地震工程理念(PBEE理念),利用理念中性能水平的概念提出建立性能风险损失等级的建议。结合工程实例,对所建议的风险损失分级标准进行深入研究。所建议标准的优势为:采用灵活多样的准则与思路,降低确定风险损失等级的难度;以性能水平作为风险损失等级的衡量指标,以符合工程风险的实质;融合现行的国家标准、行业规程、经验准则与理论成果,以符合工程发展需求。 According to typical cases in subway construction, the grading criteria for risk loss levels in the current national code "GB 50652-2011" are discussed, and recommendations for criterion optimization are proposed. Based on these recommendations, performance-based risk loss levels are proposed by introducing performance concepts from Performance-Based Earthquake Engineering(PBEE). The grading criteria for the proposed risk loss levels are applied to engineering cases. The grading criteria adopt flexible and multiple criterion and thinking to simplify the classification of risk loss levels;adopt performance levels as grade indices of risk loss levels to closely correspond with the essence of engineering risk;and combine current national codes, trade regulations, and empirical and theoretical achievements to address the needs of engineering development."
