地铁盾构法隧道贯通测量风险分析与控制 被引量:8

摘要 为研究盾构隧道贯通测量的风险分析方法,以苏州轨道交通4号线盾构隧道贯通测量项目工程为依托,借助风险分析理论,应用专家调查法结合灾害风险评估矩阵法(R=P×C)对调研的地铁盾构隧道可能存在的贯通测量风险进行识别、估计与评价,发现苏州轨道交通4号线盾构贯通测量项目存在隧道空间基准不统一、隧道定向测量、盾构穿越文保建筑沉降监测和隧道洞门钢环检测4个测量风险因素,评定出整个盾构隧道贯通测量的风险等级为Ⅱ级,并根据评估结果提出相应的风险控制措施,以降低和控制盾构隧道贯通测量的施工风险。研究结果有效控制了苏州轨道交通4号线盾构隧道的测量风险,可为类似工程的测量风险分析和控制提供借鉴。 To conduct risk analysis on shield tunnel breakthrough, based on the shield tunnel hole-through of the Suzhou rail transit line 4 project, the theory of risk analysis along with the specialist survey method and disaster risk assessment matrix method(R=P×C) were used to identify and evaluate the potential risks of subway shield tunnel breakthrough measurement. Four levels of risk factors of the Suzhou rail transit line 4 were assessed, including the disunion of spatial reference, tunnel orientation survey, shield crossing through settlement monitoring of cultural buildings, and detection of tunnel portal steel ring. The assessment showed that the overall shield tunnel’s risk level is 2. Risk control measures were proposed to reduce and control the construction risks of the shield tunnels. The research effectively controlled the measurement risks of the shield tunnel of the Suzhou rail transit line 4, and provides recommendations for the risk analysis of similar projects.
