摘要 牵引和辅助变流器系统作为地铁列车牵引传动以及车载负载供电的核心设备之一,直接决定地铁列车的性能、效率以及运行的可靠性。介绍我国下一代地铁列车的节能型牵引及辅助变流器系统。针对牵引变流器系统,介绍其基本功能,并就永磁同步电机在地铁列车上的应用和自牵引系统设计的实现展开研究;针对辅助变流器系统,介绍其拓扑结构和基本功能,针对新型的高频辅助逆变器的结构和功能展开讨论。通过牵引和辅助系统的综合优化设计,实现地铁列车的高性能、高效率以及可靠运行。 Traction and auxiliary converter systems are two core pieces of equipment in the traction and power supply system of a metro train. It directly determines the performance, efficiency, and operational reliability of the metro train. This paper introduces energy saving traction and auxiliary converter systems for the next generation of subway trains in China. The basic functions of the traction converter system are introduced, and the application of a permanent magnet synchronous motor on the metro train and design of the self-traction system are explained. The topological structure and basic functions of the auxiliary converter system are also introduced. Then, the structure and function of the new high-frequency auxiliary inverter are discussed. The high-performance, high-efficiency, and reliable operation of a metro train can be realized through the comprehensive optimization design of these traction and auxiliary systems.
