Mechanism Research on Evolution of Knowledge Synergy in Innovation Network of Emerging Technology Enterprises

本文从分析新兴技术企业创新网络的结构特征及其演化特征着手,从微观角度介绍了创新网络中知识主体的协同行为策略,知识主体进行策略选择需要遵循相应的规则,以及主体策略选择的影响因素,从而总结出新兴技术企业知识协同的过程和网络化模式以及知识主体进行知识协同的目标。

The paper analyses the structural characteristics and evolutionary characteristics of the innovation network of emerging technology enterprises,introduces the cooperative action strategies of knowledge subjects in the innovation network from the micro-perspective,the rules that knowledge subjects need to follow when choosing the strategies,and the influencing factors of the choice of the main strategies,and concludes that the knowledge collaboration of emerging technology enterprises is based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and evolutionary characteristics of the innovation network. Finally,it summarizes the process and networking mode of knowledge collaboration in emerging technology enterprises,as well as the goal of knowledge collaboration among knowledge subjects.
