Seventy Years’ Educational Equity in Western China:Needs and Satisfactions

“要上学”与“上好学”分别指向教育需求与教育供给。西部地区教育发展不平衡不充分,处于全国教育排名末端,究其根源,是欠合理制度因社会变迁而造成的结构性紧张。从教育公平视角研究西部地区的教育需求与教育供给,分析西部地区教育制度效能。要实现西部地区从“要上学”向“上好学”的目标转换,需进行以学校为中心的协同创新,加大以人和智的发展为目标的教育专项扶贫,发展特色职业教育以及全面改薄,为西部地区提供最适切教育,实现质量公平。

Educational Equity in western China is largely attributed to the structural tension caused by the unreasonable system due to social changes.This paper adopts an analysis of the educational demand and supply of education from the view of educational equity to explore the effectiveness of the structural educational system in western China.By summing up the process and experience of promoting educational equity in the western region since the founding of New China,it attempts to find an effective way to run the education of people s satisfaction.
