摘要
为进一步缓解能源及环境的压力,促进我国节能与新能源汽车产业的发展,《乘用车企业平均燃料消耗量与新能源汽车积分并行管理办法》正式发布并实施。为评估积分政策的实施效果,文章深入剖析了乘用车平均燃料消耗量发展趋势以及积分发展格局,并对新能源乘用车规模和技术指标发展趋势进行了研究。分析结果表明,乘用车行业平均燃料消耗量稳步下降,2018年积分市场供大于求,且在积分政策引导下,新能源乘用车发展规模不断扩大,技术指标逐步提升。
In order to further alleviate the pressure on energy and the environment, and promote the development of China’s energy-saving and new-energy automobile industry, the "Measures on the Parallel Management of Average Fuel Consump-tion and New Energy Vehicle Credits for Passenger Car Enterprises" was officially released and implemented.To evaluate the implementation effect of the credit policy, this paper deeply analyzes the development trend of the average fuel consumption of passenger cars and the development pattern of credits, and studies the development trend of new energy passenger car scale and technical indicators.The analysis results show that the average fuel consumption in the passenger vehicle industry is steadily decreasing, and the supply of credits exceeds the demand in the market in 2018. Under the guidance of the credit policy, the development scale of new energy passenger vehicles is continuously expanding, and the technical indicators are gradually improving.
