基于APDL车辆麦弗逊悬架装置有限元分析

摘要 麦弗逊悬架是影响车辆行驶稳定性和安全性的主要装置。针对这一问题,以某家用轿车麦弗逊悬架装置为研究对象,应用ANSYS软件参数化语言APDL建立有限元模型,求解车辆行驶过程中三种危险工况下的应力和应变大小。研究结果表明应力变化梯度较大,应变较小,麦弗逊悬架装置设计满足强度要求。在生产之前,对麦弗逊悬架进行有限元分析计算,发现其中的设计缺陷,改善设计方案,大幅度缩短产品开发周期,提高设计质量和效率。 The McPherson suspension is the main device that affects the driving stability and safety of vehicles. Aiming at this problem, the McPherson suspension device of a family car is taken as the research object. And the finite element model is established by using ANSYS software parametric language APDL to solve the stress and strain under three dangerous conditions during vehicle driving. The research results show that the gradient of the stress change is larger and the gradient of the strain change is smaller. The strength requirements can be met by the design of McPherson suspension. Before the production, the McPherson suspension was analyzed and calculated by the finite element method and the design defects will be found, thus the design scheme will be improved. The product development cycle will be shortened greatly, and the design quality and efficiency will be increased.
