摘要
文章作者选取了三种不同的POM(聚甲醛)--第一种为普通POM未添加任何可降低甲醛散发量的添加剂;第二种为添加紫外光UV稳定剂进行改性的POM;第三种是添加了甲醛捕获剂的POM。用三种POM分别注塑成成品样件以及标准样条,采用10L袋子法采样,运用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)对成品样件的甲醛含量进行检测,对三种标准样条进行物理性能检测,最终将三种POM的检测结果进行比较,最终得出添加甲醛捕获剂后的POM其游离甲醛含量最少,且物理性能最优的结论。
The author had chosen three different kinds of POM-the first one has no additive, the second one has UV stabilizer, the third one has trapping agent. The author made injection products and standard spline with three kinds of POM. Detection the formaldehyde content with HPLC. Physical properties of POM standard spline. And compared the results. The results stated clearly that POM with trapping agent had the lowest free formaldehyde and the best physical properties.
