摘要
文章采集了2010-2017年度近47.5万条乘用车车型真实油耗数据,实证分析了乘用车车型认证油耗与真实油耗差异情况和发展趋势,研究发现:2010-2017年乘用车的认证油耗和实际油耗间的差异呈增大趋势,在地域、节能技术、燃料类型等方面车型油耗差异也存在较大不同,如搭载先进变速箱等技术的车型认证油耗和真实油耗差异却更大。对于以上研究结论,文章从测试工况、测试规程、消费者驾驶习惯等方面寻找成因,并结合国外应对经验和我国油耗发展趋势,提出了相关政策建议。
This paper collects the real-world fuel consumption data of nearly 475,000 passenger car models in 2010-2017, empirically analyzes the divergence between the official and real-world fuel consumption of the passenger car model and the development trend. The study found that the divergence between the official and real-world fuel consumption of passenger cars in 2010-2017 is increasing. The divergences of fuel consumption between the regions, energy-saving technologies, and fuel types are also quite different. For example, the models with advanced gearboxes and other technologies have higher divergence between official and real-world fuel consumption. For the above research conclusions, this paper looks for the causes from the test conditions, test procedures, consumer driving habits, etc., and puts forward relevant policy recommen-dations based on the foreign experience and the development trend of China’s fuel consumption.
