摘要 伴随着我国道路交通跨越式的发展,交通事故的发生频率明显升高,对广大人民群众造成了重大的人身伤亡和财产损失。目前交通事故现场信息的获取通常运用摄像机和全站仪进行人工拍摄,以便进一步调查。然而,此方法基本上从地面的角度来工作,忽略了事故现场的重要细节,而且公路关闭/调整时间长,会导致严重的交通延误。在此背景下,引入无人机(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)对交通事故现场进行监控和拍照,对以上问题进行了针对性的解决。文章从无人机航拍交通事故现场的背景入手,分析了无人机在航拍事故现场时与传统方法相比的优势及其限制条件,并通过具体案例说明该方法的可行性,具有很好的发展前景。 With the leapfrog development of road traffic in China, the frequency of traffic accidents has increased significantly, which has caused great personal casualties and property losses to the broad masses of the people. At present, the information of traffic accident scene is usually captured by camera and total station for further investigation.However, this method basically works from the ground point of view, ignoring the important details of the accident scene, and the long time of road closure/adjustment will lead to serious traffic delays. In this context, the introduction of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) for traffic accident scene monitoring and photography, to solve the above problems. Starting from the background of UAV aerial photography of traffic accident scene, this paper analyses the advantages and limitations of UAV aerial photography compared with traditional methods, and illustrates the feasibility of this method through specific cases, which has a good development prospect.
