清代贵州慈善事业述论

On the Charity of Guizhou in the Qing Dynasty

在地方官员倡导和推动下,清代贵州建立了恤孤济贫、育婴慈幼、助丧义葬、清节类等救济机构,促使贵州慈善事业达到前所未有的发展,对保障民生和稳定地方社会秩序发挥了积极作用。此外,清代贵州慈善事业在发展过程中存在着分布不平衡、官办色彩浓厚、收养名额少、持续时间短、经费不足等诸多问题。

Under the advocacy and promotion of local officials,Guizhou established the relief institutions in the Qing Dynasty,such as poverty alleviation,child-rearing,helping funeral burial,and clearing classes,to promote the unprecedented development of Guizhou’s philanthropy,and to protect people’s livelihood and stability.Local social order has played a positive role.In addition,in the development process of Guizhou philanthropy in the Qing Dynasty,there were many problems such as uneven distribution,strong government-run color,low adoption quota,short duration,and insufficient funds.
