摘要
利用天然黏土蛭石经盐酸改性后制备成黏土絮凝剂,研究其去除水华优势藻--铜绿微囊藻的效果。结果表明,盐酸改性可以显著提高蛭石的絮凝除藻能力,改性蛭石可以在5min内絮凝去除藻溶液中90%以上的藻细胞。架桥、网捕作用,是改性蛭石絮凝除藻的主要机理。
Natural vermiculite clay was modified by hydrochloric acid.After modified,the flocculants were used to treat the algae solution.The removal efficiency of algae cells reached about 90% within5 min.SEM,FTIR and Converted fluorescence microscope were used to study the flocculation mechanism of modified vermiculite. The Caenorhabditis elegans after synchronization were used to evaluate the ecotoxicity of modified vermiculite.
