Financing Risk and Prevention of Local Government Bonds in China

随着城市化进程的发展,我国已经逐步放开了对地方政府债券融资的限制,推进地方债投融资体系建设,完善资本市场,将会是我国未来金融市场发展的必然选择。本文对地方政府债券融资存在的主要风险进行分析,借鉴主要发达国家先进经验,并结合我国地方债券融资中出现的实际问题,提出我国地方政府债券融资风险防范措施。

With the development of urbanization,China has gradually liberalized the local government bonds financing restrictions.Promoting the construction of local debt financing system and improving the capital market will be the inevitable choice of future finance market development.This paper analyzes the main financing risks in local government bonds,draws lessons from the advanced experience of major developed countries,and combines the actual problems in local government debt financing in China to put forward preventive measures for local government debt financing in China.
