Effect of aerobic exercise training on cognitive function of patients with Alzheimer′s disease:a meta-analysis

摘要 目的通过Meta分析合并相关研究,评价有氧训练对阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimoe′s disease,AD)患者认知功能的影响作用。方法检索2017年10月之前发表在PubMed、Embase、中国期刊网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANGFANG DATA)和中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)等数据库关于有氧训练对AD患者认知功能影响的对照研究文献,运用Revman4.2软件进行合并分析,以简易智力状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination, MMSE)评分为结局指标。结果共纳入9篇文献,累计348例AD患者,包括178例训练组和170例对照组。干预前训练组和对照组的MMSE分差异无统计学意义,干预后有氧训练组患者MMSE分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,WMD值及其95%CI为3.78 (2.62~4.94)。结论有氧训练干预可以更有效改善AD患者的认知功能,有氧训练是一种潜在有效的非药物治疗AD的方案。 Objective To assess the effect of aerobic exercise training on cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer′s disease(AD) via a meta-analysis. Methods Literatures published before October 2017 were searched in the databases of PubMed, Embase, CNKI, WANGFANG DATA, and VIP for randomized case-control trials that evaluated the effect of aerobic exercise on cognitive function in patients with AD.Revman 4.2 software was used to conduct the meta-analysis, and the mini-mental state examination(MMSE) score was used as the major outcome index of AD patients. Results Total 9 literatures with 348 AD patients(178 in training group and 170 in control group) were included in the analysis.Before the aerobic training interventions, the differences in MMSE scores between the two groups were not statistically significant.However, after the interventions, the MMSE scores were significantly higher in the training groups compared to those in the control group with the pooled WMD of 3.78(95% CI:2.62~4.94). Conclusions This meta-analysis reveals that aerobic exercise interventions improve the cognitive function in patients with AD, which may be used as a potential non-drug therapy for AD patients.
