摘要
现有文献表明,拼凑能够帮助资源约束的企业构建资源,但中小企业情景下拼凑对新产品绩效的影响机制仍不清晰。为此,结合动态能力理论,探究中小企业情景下拼凑对新产品绩效的影响及内在作用机制。采用问卷调查法,对广东和浙江2省共321家中小企业进行问卷调查。实证结果发现:中小企业的拼凑对新产品绩效和新产品优势(新产品新颖性,新产品开发速度)均具有促进作用;新产品新颖性与新产品开发速度在拼凑与中小企业新产品绩效之间分别所起的中介作用间不存在显著差异;技术动荡调节了新产品优势对拼凑与中小企业新产品绩效关系的中介作用;市场动荡仅调节了新产品优势中新产品开发速度对拼凑与中小企业新产品绩效关系的中介作用。
Existing research suggests that entrepreneurial bricolage(bricolage) can help firms construct resource under resource constraints,while it is unclear abour the mechanism between bricoalge and new product development(NPD) performance.Thus,this study,based on the perspective of dynamic capabilities,investigated the influence of bricolage on NPD performance,as well as the mediating(new product creativity,new product development speed) and moderating(technological turbulence,market turbulence) variables of these relations in small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) context via questionnaire.The 321 SMEs come from Guangdong and Zhejiang province.The results indicate that those firms who adopt bricolage bring high level of NPD performance of SMEs.Those firms who adopt bricolage bring high level of new product creativity(NPC) of SMEs.Those firms who adopt bricolage bring high level of NPD speed of SMEs.New product advantage(NPC,NPD speed) mediates the relation between bricolage and NPD performance of SMEs.No significant differences exist between different new product advantage mediates the relation between bricolage and NPD performance of SMEs.The level of technological turbulence has a positive moderating impact on the relationship between bricolage and new product advantage,and also moderate new product advantage mediates the relation between bricolage and NPD performance of SMEs.The level of market turbulence has a positive moderating impact on the relationship between bricolage and new product advantage,and only moderate NPD speed mediates the relation between bricolage and NPD performanceof SMEs.These results indicate that the positive effect of bricolage on NPD performance of SMEs depend on the mediating effect of different kinds of new product advantage and the contingency effect of different kinds of external environemnt.
