摘要
探索专利运营模式,对推动我国科技成果转化和助力知识产权强国战略的实施,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。基于IncoPat科技创新服务平台检索得到的309 781项中国发明授权专利技术转让数据,构建技术转让方网络。运用社会网络分析方法中的中介中心度指标,结合专利转让数量指标,总结具有代表性的几种专利运营模式:广东高航专利运营模式、国家电网专利运营模式、华为专利运营模式、鸿海专利运营模式和清华大学专利运营模式,并进一步深入分析每种模式的具体运营路径。下一步拟基于技术受让方网络、技术转让方-受让方有向网络等,从不同视角进一步探索和提炼专利运营模式。
It is of great significance to explore patent commercialization modes so as to promote technology transfer and the implementation of IP strategy.Technology assignors’ network is constructed based on 309781 patent assignments data from IncoPat platform.Via combining aggregative indicators of betweenness centrality and the count of assignments for leading assignors,several representative patent operating models are summarized as follows:Guangdong Gaohang mode,State Grid mode,Huawei mode,Honghai mode and Qinghua mode.Further studies from perspectives of assignee,assignor-assignee,will be conducted in the future.
