高性能不锈钢焊丝生产工艺研究

摘要 从原料选择、表面处理方面,介绍了高性能铁素体不锈钢焊丝的生产工艺。在前处理、粗拉、细拉工序后使用复合涂层对焊丝进行在线表面特殊处理后,再通过实验对比分析焊丝的送丝性能。结果表明,复合涂层质量分数控制在0.2~0.5g/kg,生产的焊丝表面形貌状态均匀一致,在施焊时送丝顺畅,焊接电流基本无波动,电弧稳定。 To introduce production process of high performance ferritic stainless welding wire from selection of raw material and surface treatment.During the production process,the welding wire is specially treated on line by composite coating after pretreatment,roughing and fine drawing,the wire feeding performance of the welding wire by comparing experiment is analyzed.The results show when mass fraction of composite coating is controlled 0.2~0.5g/kg,the wire has uniform surface pattern.wire feeding is smooth during welding,the welding current is no fluctuation and the arc is stable.
