帘线钢轧制过程中脱碳的演化

摘要 通过分析帘线钢轧制过程中飞剪样品和成品盘条的表面脱碳情况,研究其轧制过程中脱碳的演化。结果表明:随着轧制的进行,脱碳层深度减小,脱碳层深度和样品的直径呈线性关系。利用该线性关系反算铸坯的脱碳深度,进而确定铸坯的加热工艺。连铸坯在加热炉受热不均,上下表面存在温差,造成了连铸坯上下表面脱碳不同,遗传到盘条表面,最终导致盘条表面脱碳不均匀。 Decarburization evolution of tyre cord steel during rolling was investigated by studying surfaced carburization of samples taking by shears and wire rods.Results show that decarburization depth decreases with rolling process and there is a linear relationship between decarburization depth and diameter of samples.With this relationship,the decarburization depth of a billet can be calculated to determine its heating process.There is temperature deviation between upper and button surface of billets because they are heated in the furnace inhomogeneously,which causes the difference of decarburization on upper and button surfaces.The difference of decarburization passes to surface of wire rods and leads to inhomogeneous decarburization on wire rod surface.
