The full spool weight of 21-die 300 wet drawing machine is heavy and difficult to be operated manually.In order to improve automation of equipment and reduce work intensity,automatic loading and unloading spool control system is designed and manufactured.The automatic loading and unloading spool control system for 300 wet drawing machine is mainly composed of PLC,touch screen,servo system.The PLC program block in software design part mainly includes:main program block,(X,Y,Z)axis subroutine,alarm subroutine,etc.The automatic loading and unloading control system improves work efficiency,reduces labor intensity,eliminates safety hazards in handling,and neatly regulates work site.The number of wet drawing machines managed by each operator has increased from 4~6 to 6~10.
