摘要
对2米远距离的隔离开关进行激光除锈工艺研究和除锈机制分析。采用Photoshop灰度值测量除锈照片以定量标定洁净度,研究了工艺参数和扫描次数对除锈效果的影响。结果表明:随激光扫描速度和扫描间距降低,试样表面灰度值增加,即洁净度增加。随除锈次数增加,试样表面灰度值增加,即洁净度增加,但是2次扫描以后洁净度增幅放缓。最后获得了优化的工艺参数,实现了2米远隔离开关的良好除锈。高速摄影分析表明:在激光扫描速度较低时,除锈机制以气化为主,当扫描速度较高时,除锈机制以热膨胀分离为主。本项目可应用于110 kV的高压带电装备的在线除锈。
Experimental investigation on the laser de-rusting of disconnecting switch with 2 meters and its mechanism were performed in this paper. By using Photoshop software obtaining the grey value of the samples to judge the cleanliness, the in?uence of the process parameters on the de-rusting effect was studied in detail. The results show that as the decrease of the scanning speed and scanning spacing, the cleanliness increase. As the scanning time increases, the cleanliness increase too. However, the cleanliness increase amplitude decreases when the scanning times from 2 to 3. At last, optimal process parameters and the threshold of the insulator damage are obtained, the laser de-rusting of disconnecting switch with 2 meters distance is achieved. The mechanism of derusting is depending on the process parameters. Vaporization is the main de-rusting mechanism at low scanning speed while stripping is the main mechanism at high scanning speed. The result of this paper can be utilized to laser de-rust the equipment of live working of HV AC Transmission Line.
