事件驱动的高新能源占比送端电网多直流协同频率控制

摘要 电网的频率反映了发电有功功率和负荷之间的平衡关系,是电力系统运行的重要控制参数。电网中的电力设备在运行时对电网频率有一定的要求,风力和光伏发电机对电网频率的要求格外严格。一旦电力系统的频率超过允许的范围,系统中的风力和光伏发电机需要被切除。为避免送端电网中大规模风力和光伏发电因异常频率偏移脱网,本文研究了利用多直流控制电网频率偏移的方法,提出了以各健全直流总功率控制量最小为目标的多直流协同频率控制模型,并通过摄动法进行优化求解,以某高新能源占比送端电网为例,分析了其频率特性并验证了本文方法的有效性。 Grid's frequency is an important parameter of power grid which re ects the balance between active power generation and load consumption.Frequency is usually controlled in a small range to make equipment operate normally.The requirements of the frequency of the power grid for the wind and photovoltaic(PV)generations to operate normally are especially stringent.Once the frequency of the power grid is beyond the allowed range,wind and PV generations in the power grid need to be removed.For sending grids with large-scale renewable generations,it's important to control its frequency in certain range to keep wind and PV generations in service.To avoid removing wind and PV generations in the frequency deviation scenario,this paper focuses on frequency control with multi High Voltage Direct Current(HVDC)links.A coordinative frequency control model is proposed with objective of minimizing the total control amount of HVDC links.The model is solved with perturbation method.The proposed method is validated with a sending power grid with large-scale renewable generation.
