直流工程逆变站过零点测量故障改进方案

摘要 某直流工程短期内连续两次因过零点测量故障导致直流系统ESOF(紧急停运)。第一次为双极运行时,逆变站进行极1近端短路故障实验。短路实验完成约3 min后,由于极1、极2四套极控系统同时出现电流过零故障从而导致双极ESOF。3天后,该直流工程双极500 WM功率送电期间逆变站再次出现电流过零信号故障导致极1ESOF。查明故障原因并改进对该直流工程的安全稳定运行非常重要。有效的处理方案也可为其他直流工程提供借鉴参考。 The ESOF(emergency shutdown) of the dc system is caused by the fault of over zero measurement twice in a short period of time in a dc project.The ?rst time is the bipolar operation, the inverter station carries on the pole 1 short circuit fault test.About 3 min after the completion of the short-circuit experiment, the double-pole ESOF was caused by the current over-zero failure of the four sets of pole control systems of pole 1 and pole 2 simultaneously.3 days later, during the power transmission of the bipolar 500 WM power in the dc project, the inverter failed again with the current over zero signal, leading to the pole 1 ESOF.Find out the cause of failure it is very important to improve the safe and stable operation of the dc project.Effective treatment scheme can also provide references for other dc projects.
