摘要 通过后合成法制备了HY/SBA-15微孔-介孔复合分子筛,考查了不同原料配比、晶化时间的影响,对合成产物进行了水静态饱和吸附的测定和热重分析;考察了材料对苯酚溶液的吸附性能。结果表明,NaY分子筛的结晶度随着SiO2/Na2O物质的量比的增加,结晶度逐渐降低;随着H2O/Na2O物质的量比的提高,结晶度先增高,但继续增加H2O/Na2O物质的量比,结晶度开始降低。随着温度的升高,平衡吸附量明显减少。较高pH值条件下有利于苯酚在HY/SBA-15复合分子筛上的脱附。 This topic aimed to prepare mesoporous and microporous composite molecular sieve HY/SBA-15 through post synthesis method.The effects of different raw material ratios and crystallization time were investigated.The synthetic products were determined by hot water static saturated adsorption weight analysis and the application on phenol adsorption was researched.The results show that the crystallinity of synthesized NaY zeolite could decrease with the SiO2/Na2O ratios increasing.The crystallinity could increase firstly,and then decrease with the increase of H2O/Na2O ratios.The equilibrium absorption capacity could reduce with the increasing of temperature.Under the condition of high pH value,it is beneficial to the desorption of phenol on HY/SBA-15 composite molecular sieve.
