耐水解PLA改性材料的制备及其性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了聚乳酸(PLA)改性材料的水解稳定性。在丙烯酸酯类增韧剂(ACR)增韧PLA基础上,协同加入聚碳化二亚胺(PCDI)和1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚(BDE)扩链剂,从而制备综合性能优异的PLA复合材料。经过力学性能测试、端羧基含量测试、水解降解测试和DSC测试。结果表明,当PCDI和BDE含量分别为1.8%和1.0%时,共混物的冲击强度分别达到133.87和219.8 J/m,韧性提高明显;水解后拉伸强度下降率较小,分别为19.69%和28.16%,完全水解时间延长,水解稳定性提高。 In this paper,the hydrolytic stability of polylactic acid(PLA)modified materials was studied.Based on the addition of acrylate toughening agnet(ACR),the PLA modified composites material was prepared by adding chain extender polycarbonized diimine(PCDI)and 1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether(BDE).The PLA blends were investigated by mechanical property test,terminal carboxyl content test,hydrolysis degradation test and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)test.The results show when the content of PCDI is 1.8%or BDE is 1.0%,the impact strength of blends could achieve 133.87 J/m and 219.8 J/m,respectively.The toughness increase significantly.The tensile strength of PCDI and BDE samples could decrease slightly after hydrolysis,which are 19.69%and 28.16%,respectively.The time of complete hydrolysis could be longer and the hydrolysis stability has improved.
