摘要
通过高温固相法合成了新型橙红色荧光粉Ba 2La 8(1-x)Sm8x(SiO4)6O2,并对其光致发光特性进行了系统地研究。分析了Sm^3+掺杂浓度对发光强度的影响,结果显示其最佳掺杂摩尔浓度为3%,离子间能量传递机理为偶极-偶极相互作用。在15~250℃温度范围测试了荧光粉的发射光谱,结果表明合成的样品具有良好的温度稳定性。计算了荧光粉的色纯度和相关色温,制备样品的最高色纯度可达99.72%,相关色温低于1900 K。实验结果表明,近紫外光或蓝光可以有效激发此荧光粉。因此,该荧光粉在白光LED领域的具有潜在应用价值。
The novel orange-red phosphors Ba 2La 8(1-x)Sm 8 x(SiO 4)6O 2 were synthesized by high-temperature solid-state reaction method,and the photoluminescence properties were systematically investigated.The influence of Sm^3+doping concentration on the luminescence intensity was investigated.The result show that the optimum doping concentration is 3%,and the mechanism of energy transfer between Sm^3+ions is dipole-dipole interaction.The temperature-dependent emission spectra of the sample at 15-250℃were measured,which show that the synthesized samples have good temperature stability.The color purity and correlated color temperature of the synthesized samples were calculated.The highest color purity is up to 99.72%,and the correlated color temperature is lower than 1900 K.The experimental results show that the phosphors could be excited effectively by near-ultraviolet or blue light.Therefore,the synthesized phosphors have potential application in white LEDs.
