炭吸附水热法制备V2O5纳米粉体

摘要 采用炭吸附水热法制备V 2O 5纳米粉体,探讨了炭黑的加入对V 2O 5纳米粉体催化甲基橙性能的影响。利用热重/热差仪(TG-DAT)、透射电镜仪(TEM)、比表面积仪、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)等设备对所得催化剂进行表征,结果表明:炭吸附水热法制备的V 2O 5,粉体分散均匀、粒径较小、比表面积较大且能有效减少纳米粉体团聚、烧结的缺陷。对炭吸附水热法制备的V 2O 5进行光催化性能分析,结果表明:V 2O 5在镝灯下催化甲基橙50 min,脱色率达到90%。 V 2O 5 nano powders were prepared by hydrothermal with carbon adsorption.The effect of carbon black on the catalytic performance of V 2O 5 nano powders for methyl orange was discussed.Characterization of the obtained catalyst by means of thermogravimetry/heat differential meter(TG-DAT),the transmission electron microscope(TEM),the specific surface area meter,and the X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD).The results show that:the V 2O 5 prepared by carbon adsorption hydrothermal has uniform powder dispersion,smaller particle size,larger specific surface area and can effectively prevent the defects of agglomeration and sintering of nano powder.Photocatalytic performance analysis of V 2O 5 prepared by carbon adsorption hydrothermal,the photo catalytic results show:V 2O 5 catalyzes methyl orange for 50 min under the dysprosium lamp,decolorization rate of 90%.
