摘要
随着城市化进程的快速发展,市域快速轨道交通系统将成为联系城市中心区、外围组团和卫星城,解决市域范围交通拥挤的重要交通方式,确定合理的速度目标值是市域快速轨道交通系统项目设计的基础。速度目标值与线路长度、客流特征、站间距离以及服务水平密切相关,直接影响土建工程规模及设备系统的选择。以成都地铁13号线工程为依托,分析了13号线的客流特征,根据其功能定位确定了合理的时间目标值,并从站间距离、线路条件、时间目标值、经济成本以及社会效益等多方面,对13号线速度目标值方案进行综合比选,进而确定13号线合理的速度目标值为140 km/h,并提出在总体速度目标值基础上,在中心城区范围内限速运行。
With the rapid development of urbanization,urban rapid rail transit system will become the main transportation mode in connecting the center areas,marginal groups and satellite cities,aiming to alleviate urban traffic congestion.The basis of urban rapid rail transit system design is to determine a reasonable speed target value,which is closely related to line length,passenger flow characteristics,station distance and service level,directly affecting the scale of civil engineering and the choice of equipment system.Based on Chengdu Metro Line 13 project,the passenger flow characteristics is analyzed and a reasonable time target value according to its functional positioning is obtained.Through a comprehensive comparison and selection of Line 13 speed target value plan from various perspectives,including station distance,line conditions,time target value,economic cost and social benefits,the reasonable speed target of the line is settled at 140 km/h,and the principle of operation under the speed limit in center urban area is proposed on the basis of the overall speed target value.
